Hi, my name is Ian and i'm ultra competitive. I'm determined 2009 is going to be my year, and i'd like to share my trials and tribulations with the great people of this virtual world we call the web. My goals, which i'm sure are not uncommon, are to transform my life in 2009 through massive action - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
