Not enough time in the day?

Do you ever feel like you don't have enough hours in the day? I know I certainly do, and in recent weeks it's reached boiling point. The way i've addressed this issue, and it seems to be working up to now, is to set my alarm clock one and a half hours early. That extra time allows me to go for a 2-3km jog, then spend 30-45 mins on my home gym (if you don't have a home gym simply rotate performing press-ups, sit-ips, burpees and crunchies - jobs a good one!). The results will far outweigh any benefits the extra one and a half hours in bed will provide. Thats my tip for today - I hope it is of benefit to you.
